Happy September & A Pep Talk

September is here already and with that school is too. It’s always hard to get back into the swing of school after the summer and it’s always difficult to get into the habbit of learning. But for me it’s the last year of high school so that means exams and a lot of work so I think I need this PEP talk to look back on when things ate getting tough.

You can do it! You’ve been working so hard to make it this far, you can get through just a few more months of school I promise you could do it. Don’t settle for half completed work, don’t settle for I’ll do it tomorrow because you know you wont, don’t settle for anything less than your best because YOU CAN DO THIS.

And with school comes a lot of stress so make sure to take care of your mind and body, take an extra exercise class, start journalling, take care of yourself other wise you won’t do as well and you will be way too stressed. You will make it through.

Please don’t fret if you don’t know what to do with your future, there is always someone you can see. Don’t panic if you really can’t get the work you need doing done, talk to your teacher. Missing one piece of homework is not going to change your life, you’ll have forgotten about it soon enough. Put your mental health first before your education, your mental health is apart of you, your education is not. Keep on going, please.

MY TOP TIP FOR THIS MONTH:

Try meditating, it will give you a new perspective on life and will help you feel super grounded when things are getting tough and stressful.
